The Pulse looks at HIV/AIDS in Zambia and how 2 million people a year can now undergo anti-retroviral therapy, allowing them to live on successfully with the disease. Unfortunately there are still many individuals that are not receiving treatment. Shereen El Feki and Harold Jaffe from Oxford University discuss the issue. In the second part of the program The Pulse travels to Bolivia to examine Chagas disease.
